All our products come uncoated and unsealed. While they can certainly be used as they are, if you're looking to extend the longevity of your bed or bunk bed and make a maintenance easier, we recommend considering a protective finish.

One option we suggest is using Aqua Clear Varnish from Resene. This can be approached as a DIY project, allowing you to apply a protective coat that not only enhances aesthetics but also shields the wood from wear and tear.

Alternatively, you have the choice to have your product professionally painted at a local spray company, offering you a range of finishes to suit your preferences.
