We are kids at heart.
Imagination, creativity, play, Tree Houses, Castles, Rockets — making the coolest bed of their childhood.
Safety first.
Parent perspective, standards, rounded edges, smooth timber, natural materials, quality hardware, thoughtful construction and warranty.
We heard you. So we created it.
From co-sleeping floor beds to four kids in one room; tiny bedrooms to complete bunk rooms; a huge choice of sizes, layouts and configurations.
From our workshop to your family.
Over 10 years of making children’s beds. Expertly crafted in New Zealand, customised for your family, and delivered to Australia—with direct support from our team.
From Vlad and Ana, founders
“Childhood goes fast. We build beds that help kids enjoy every day of it.”
It started with one Tree House bunk bed, built so our own children would look forward to bedtime. Our mission is still the same: to create a space children love to call their own, where they can sleep, play, dream and grow.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Outstanding Quality and Service
I recently received and assembled my bunk beds from Magic of Wood, and I honestly can’t praise this company enough. The entire experience — from the communication to the delivery and the product itself — has been fantastic.
The bed is beautifully made, incredibly sturdy, and the quality of the materials is excellent. Everything I needed to assemble it was provided, and the instructions were clear. Even though there was a small hiccup with the courier (not the company’s fault), Magic of Wood were so helpful and made sure everything was sorted quickly.
I absolutely love this bed. It looks stunning, feels solid, and the craftsmanship is exceptional. Thank you to Magic of Wood — you’ve been wonderful to deal with, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend!

Amazing people to deal with. Customer service people were very responsive to questions and queries re customisation. Honnored a discount despite expiring as communication started within the discount period. Couldn't be more impressed!

Absolutely beautiful. Love this bed. It fits in our room perfectly and allows so much space in the room now compared to the normal bunk bed configurations we had previously
