Delivery Announcement: Important Update!

Please note that all orders placed after November 11th will be scheduled for delivery after the Christmas break, in late January-early February. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy holiday period.

We ship all items Australia-wide.

We offer shipping based on the size and weight of the item. Delivery prices are calculated at the time of purchase and will be displayed during the checkout process.

We offer weight-based delivery services for all orders within Australia. Purchase of multiple items may place your delivery cost into next weight bracket.  

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? 

Please be aware that due to the increasing volume of orders, our current lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks. To ensure your order is delivered on time, we kindly request that you complete your purchase in advance. We take pride in delivering your orders promptly and efficiently, partnering with the largest and most effective local freight company available.

    Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary due to factors such as customs processing and local courier services. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you in the best possible time. For more accurate delivery estimates based on your exact location, feel free to reach out to our customer support.

    Important Note for Rural Deliveries:

    Please be aware that delivery timeframes for rural areas may be extended and can take significantly longer compared to deliveries to metro areas. This is due to limited courier schedules, longer transit routes, and logistical challenges in accessing remote locations.

    We recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive and appreciate your patience during this process.

    Delivery to Door

    Please note that all deliveries are made to the door or the closest accessible point. Due to the large and heavy nature of our product, delivery is facilitated by a truck with a lift, making it not always feasible to deliver directly to your door.

    Delivery companies cannot assist you to carry the item into your home or position in a room. Please note, additional costs are incurred for deliveries where stairs or additional levels are involved.

     GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

    Once you’ve received your order please check the number of items accordingly delivery receipt. Also all the received items must be unwrapped during 24 hours after delivery (there may be concealed damage). If you find any damages you need to notify us within 24 hours so that we can investigate this further at our own discretion. Otherwise we will be unable to replace the damaged items and claim this for our freight partners.
