We ship all items Australia-wide.

We offer shipping based on the size and weight of the item. Delivery prices are calculated at the time of purchase and will be displayed during the checkout process.

We offer weight-based delivery services for all orders within Australia. Purchase of multiple items may place your delivery cost into the next weight bracket.  

How much is the bed delivery fee?

The bed delivery fees start from $150 and vary depending on the item(s) and total weight. The exact fee is calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Deliveries to regional or remote areas may incur additional freight charges. If your address falls within a remote service zone, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional costs.

Important Note for Rural Deliveries:

Please be aware that delivery timeframes for rural areas may be extended and can take significantly longer compared to deliveries to metro areas. This is due to limited courier schedules, longer transit routes, and logistical challenges in accessing remote locations.

We recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive and we appreciate your patience during this process.

Delivery to the Door

Please note that all deliveries are made to the door or the closest accessible point. Due to the large and heavy nature of our product, delivery is facilitated by a truck with a lift, making it not always feasible to deliver directly to your door.

Delivery companies cannot assist you to carry the item into your home or position in a room. Please note that additional costs are incurred for deliveries where stairs or additional levels are involved.
