Five-Year Warranty

Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects of Magic of wood products for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for warranty service, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
  2. Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to structural defects, hardware malfunctions, and issues with finishes or coatings.
  3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, changes in timber colour over time, cosmetic damage, damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly or installation, or any modifications made to the product.
  4. Repair or Replacement: If a covered defect is discovered within the warranty period, Magic of wood will, at its discretion, either repair the product or provide a replacement part or product of equal or similar quality.
  5. Delivery and Installation: Magic of wood is not responsible for any costs associated with the transportation, delivery, or installation of repaired or replacement products.
  6. How to Make a Claim: To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service within 30 days of discovering the defect. You may be required to provide photographs and videos or other documentation to support your claim.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Magic of wood shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, personal injury, or property damage.
  8. Transferability: This warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
